OasisBridge Management Locks In Strategic Partnership With Two German Real Estate Firms for Cross-Border Deals

ABUJA, NIGERIA — OasisBridge Management, the cross-border compliance and advisory arm of OasisBauen Holdings, today announced strategic partnership agreements with two German real estate firms to support cross-border transactions between the Nigerian and German markets.

The two partnerships give OasisBridge clients direct access to a curated pipeline of German residential and commercial deal flow, alongside coordinated advisory support across both jurisdictions. Diaspora investors based in Europe will be the first audience served by the new arrangement.

Under the partnership framework, OasisBridge will lead client-side compliance, due diligence, and transaction structuring, while the German partners contribute local market access, asset sourcing, and on-the-ground transaction execution. The two firms involved have not been named in this release pending the close of their respective internal approvals.

The arrangement is expected to streamline cross-border deal timelines, lower friction on regulatory and tax workstreams, and broaden the deal opportunity set available to OasisBauen clients investing in or out of Germany. The relationship complements the planned opening of OasisBridge's Berlin office and supports the wider European build-out.

Initial deal flow under the partnership is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026. The companies will issue further updates on transaction activity, joint client coverage, and regional capacity build-out as the relationship matures.
