All new OasisArch Planners projects target EDGE certification for green building performance. BaumeisterCivil’s infrastructure projects aim to connect communities to economic corridors, reducing travel times in a meaningful way for the 1,000+ residents along the routes we serve.

Our graduate programme — anchored at Oasis Real Estate Development — aims to train 40+ young professionals annually, with a 70% retention rate into full-time roles across the wider OasisBauen team.

We embrace modern practices of remote and in-person work to reduce our carbon footprint, and we continually study new ways to support our people while remaining ethical and sustainable in how we operate.
