OasisBauen Welcomes New Leadership Appointments to Drive Pan-African and European Strategy

ABUJA, NIGERIA — OasisBauen Holdings today announced senior leadership appointments across its operating subsidiaries to support the group's pan-African and European growth agenda.

Stellar Enyeru has been appointed Head of OasisArch Planners, the architecture and design subsidiary, with effect from earlier this year. The appointment brings the studio's leadership in line with the group's wider build-out plans and unifies design direction across active and future projects.

Divine Enyeru, in addition to her role as Chief Operating Officer of the holding company, has been appointed Head of BaumeisterCivil, the civil engineering and contracting subsidiary. The dual role reflects the group's view that operational leadership at the COO level should remain close to its largest operating subsidiary during the current build phase.

A search for the Head of OasisBridge Management is underway. The group has indicated that it expects to fill the role with a senior advisory or compliance professional with cross-border deal experience, and will make a further announcement once the appointment is confirmed.

Together, the appointments support the next phase of execution on the group's Pan-African and European strategy and align operating leadership with the pre-IPO roadmap published separately by OasisBauen Holdings Investor Relations.
